Account Deletion

You can permanently delete your BetaCrux account and associated personal data directly in the app.

How to Delete Your Account In-App

• Open Profile > Settings > Delete Account.
• Review the warning and continue.
• Re-enter your account password to confirm deletion.
• Submit the final confirmation to permanently delete the account.

What Happens Next

• We delete or anonymise account/profile data and related activity data associated with your account.
• We may retain limited records where required for legal, anti-fraud, security, or compliance purposes.
• Deletion is designed to run immediately after confirmation.

Need Help or No Access?

If you cannot access your account to complete in-app deletion, you can request manual deletion by email.

Manual Deletion Request (Fallback)

• Email admin@sunpatch.co.uk from the same email address used on your BetaCrux account.
• Use subject line: Delete BetaCrux Account.
• Include your account email address in the message body.
• If available, include additional identifiers (display name, profile details, device/platform, approximate sign-up date) to help us locate your account faster.

For security and anti-abuse reasons, we cannot process deletion requests sent from a different email address than the one linked to the account. This helps prevent unauthorised or troll deletion requests against other users.
